Professional response timeline. Mark is typically in the car with clients from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and cannot provide consultations while instructing. Jenny manages our office logistics and will typically respond via email within two business days. We prioritise focus on our current students to maintain the highest level of safety.

Specialised service focus

Specialised Training: We focus 100 per cent on high-stakes clinical and technical mobility, including medical returns and physical disabilities.

No Standard Lessons: We no longer offer standard licensing or logbook lessons for the general public.

Technical Advocacy: We work directly with your medical team and Occupational Therapist to satisfy South Australian licensing standards.

Financial responsibility confirmation. Drive Smart is a private specialist service. While we provide the documentation required for insurers or plan managers, all accounts must be settled directly with us at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been put into place. By submitting your form, you have acknowledged that you remain 100 per cent responsible for all professional fees should a funding agency fail to pay for any reason.
