Do I need a doctor's referral to start?
A. The first step. While many of our clients are referred by Occupational Therapists, General Practitioners or other specialists, you can reach out to us directly to discuss your situation. If you are on a medical pathway, we can help you understand the requirements before you meet with your Occupational Therapist. This early guidance helps you feel less lost when the official process begins.
How long does specialised training take?
A: Your unique timeline. Progress is not about meeting a set number of hours: it is about achieving genuine safety and confidence. Some of our clients are with us for two months, others spend two years or more working toward their goals. We are committed to your journey however long the path through the forest takes.
Are your instructors qualified for medical assessments?
A: Expert credentials. Mark Fraser is an accredited motor driving instructor in South Australia with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He is one of only a few instructors in Adelaide experienced and equipped to work with modified vehicle controls and clinical driving needs. His expertise is recognised by medical assessment officers and transport authorities and Occupational Therapists across the state.
