Frequently Asked Questions
Which vehicle modification is right for me?
A: Discovery through trials. We use our specialised training vehicle as a technical playground to see what works for your grip and strength . We can trial multiple hand controls, accelerators, and steering aids in a single session. This help prevent you from spending money on equipment that does not suit your driving style.
What happens if a standard part does not exist?
A: Custom workshop solutions. Mark uses his personal workshop to prototype bespoke components for clients with unique physical needs . This engineering problem solving ensures that no one is left behind because their physical presentation is considered too difficult for the available gear.
How do you handle the cost of modifications?
A: Transparency and planning. Specialised equipment is a significant investment, often costing thousands of dollars. We provide transparent advice on the most cost effective paths and work with your support network to help navigate funding requirements. Our goal is to ensure your technical solution is both safe and sustainable.
Can I use these modifications in my own car?
A: Professional installation pathway. First help we identify the right equipment during our lessons. Your Occupational Therapist (if you have one) uses this information to ensure reports are accurate. A professional vehicle modifier then uses these details to install the approved systems in your personal car. We support you until you are confident using the gear in your own vehicle.
