New Cycling Laws – Plain Common Sense!
The new cycling laws just make common sense. Drivers have been breaking laws for years trying to leave room for cyclists. The new laws allow drivers to cross solid lines to make room. It's official. We just found this on the SA Gov My Licence site: graduated-licensing-scheme/gls_changes The changes will effect all South Australian L and P drivers no matter how long they have had their L's or P's. Night driving and passenger restrictions plus an additional year on P2's are main changes for P Drivers. What will new South Australian P Plate laws really mean? Importantly, the Learner driver age of 16 years, Learner Test, minimum 12 months on Ls and 75 hours requirements will all stay the same.
